Join Country Manor as a Occupational Therapist (OT)- Home Health - Sign-on Bonus in United States. Occupational Therapist - Home Care $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Monday-Friday, NO nights, weekends, or holidays! Paid mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits, patient care/treatment, on-going modifications to existing plan of care as needed, ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed.

• Work closely with skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team in order to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities.

• Apply clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge and communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care.

• Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Currently licensed to practice in State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply.

• Able to use theoretical knowledge in the rehabilitation of residents through therapeutic sessions.

• Ongoing attendance of educational seminars to maintain license(s) as required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $39 - $50/hour.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• On-site position.

• No weekends required.

• Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers weekends off. Work with Country Manor in United States.
