Pediatric Occupational Therapist- Outpatient Rehab- Baton Rouge

Key Responsibilities

The role involves autonomously delivering occupational therapy treatment, including evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, assessing progress toward goals, and ensuring patient needs are met regarding access, experience, and quality of care. This position also assists in program development and enhancement to meet community needs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and hold current occupational therapy licensure in the state of practice or be eligible via examination or reciprocity, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. No prior work experience is explicitly required, but proficiency in computer applications and strong communication and decision-making skills are necessary.
