Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients via telehealth while assessing needs and developing individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate progress notes and connect clients with additional resources as necessary.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and an active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing. Candidates must have experience in clinical social work and be proficient with telehealth and electronic documentation systems.
