Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing safe and effective medication therapy through the evaluation, verification, and distribution of medication orders. Serves as a drug information resource and manages pharmacy operations, including inventory and technician supervision.

Requirements

Requires a BS degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy and a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license. A Doctorate degree and hospital experience are preferred, and ACLS certification is required within 6 months if attending codes.
