Requirements

• Requirements Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program of study.

• Licensed by the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers Board to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Ohio.

• Maintains continuous certification in American Heart Association’s BLS.
