• Provide medical consultation and basic healthcare services to employees
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employee medical conditions
• Support workplace health, safety, and wellness programs
• Maintain employee medical records and health documentation
• Assist in managing occupational health concerns and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with HR on employee fitness-to-work and medical clearances

• Promote health awareness and preventive care initiatives
