Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver family medicine services at a downtown clinic while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health providers. They are responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care within an integrated health system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current state license as a Physician Assistant or APRN, along with relevant certifications such as BLS and DEA eligibility. A Master's degree is preferred, and two or more years of clinical experience is highly desired.
