Minimum Qualifications
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Other certification as required (e. g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality family medicine care in collaboration with physicians and other advanced practice providers. Manage patient experiences and participate in shared practice calls while meeting quality and RVU incentives.
Requirements
Requires a current state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and relevant certifications including BLS. Candidates must have at least two years of experience and hold a Master's degree from an accredited institution.
