Join Brattleboro Retreat as a Senior Therapist – Outpatient Psychotherapy in United States. Job Summary: Responsible for providing clinical psychotherapy and evaluation services to patients to promote optimal individual, interpersonal and social functioning. Promotes patient’s continued well being through direct psychological services as determined by Clinical Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides quality service to patients, including clinical care and documentation.
- Adheres to agency’s code of ethics, standards, policies and procedures as well as the state mental health code.
- Provides direct service in accordance with department’s productivity and other performance standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
- Must be licensed with 3rd party reimbursable approval.
- At least three years of professional experience in mental health or human services preferably in an outpatient setting.
- At least three years of experience providing direct clinical care as a psychotherapist.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Flexible scheduling available.
