PRN-Physician Assistant
About the Role
Weekend shifts. PRN contract. Travel required. No prescribing. Military health assessments.
Join DOCS Health as a PRN-Physician Assistant in Kentucky. Attention all Physician Assistants, we are calling you to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Kentucky on an "as needed basis".
Key Responsibilities
- Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
- Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
- Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
Requirements
- Supervising Physician may required depending on the state requirement.
- Active PA license in the state.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred.
Work Schedule
- Contract position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
Work with DOCS Health in Kentucky.
