Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and create comprehensive treatment plans. They will also provide direct physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Experience in post-acute or long-term care environments is preferred.
