Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat residents while developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document all patient progress in accordance with facility policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current South Carolina license in good standing. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
