Key Responsibilities
Clinical Pharmacists coordinate clinical pharmacy services and provide specialty care including pharmacokinetic monitoring and drug therapy consultations. They also develop and maintain systems that promote safe, cost-effective drug therapies to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy and an unrestricted pharmacist license in Colorado. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience is required, along with Basic Life Support certification.
