Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Care Partner assesses client needs and links them to appropriate providers or community resources. They also maintain case notes and provide ongoing support to clients via phone, video, and email while ensuring confidentiality.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's or doctorate degree in a mental health field with at least 3 years of post-masters experience. A clinical license in North Carolina is required, and EAP experience is preferred.
