OBGYN Nurse Practitioner with Fertility Expertise Preferred

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend shifts can be accommodated if desired.

Key Responsibilities

The OBGYN Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the Reproduction & Infertility teams to formulate a strategy for pre-consultation processes for patients prior to their meetings with Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physicians.

Initial tasks will involve administrative support coordinating with the Patient Information team to conduct outreach via phone and telehealth platforms.

This includes triaging patients who may not require immediate physician intervention and devising tailored plans to support them throughout their fertility journey.

All patient interactions will be conducted virtually in the initial phase; potential clinic coverage may be introduced depending on site-specific considerations and role scope.

Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, patience, and a willingness to engage in strategic and creative processes. Presence is required at the Downey Independence location.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Active California Nursing License
