- Working within a collaborative team, the therapist will assess needs, provide support, determine appropriate interventions including de-escalation, safety planning and referral to additional services.
- This role requires the therapist to be mobile, responding to calls across a variety of community settings.
- Employee must reside in the county where Mobile Crisis Response Team services are provided.

Licensure & Certifications
Requires a Master's degree and New Mexico state licensure as a mental health counselor, social worker, or psychologist. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in crisis work and possess a valid driver's license.
