Key Responsibilities

The provider will deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. They are also responsible for performing diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and managing essential clinic operations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited program and possess an active, unrestricted state license. National board certification and the ability to pass a respirator FIT test are also required.
