Job description

Join Virginia League for Planned Parenthood as a Staff Physician – Abortion & Sedation Program Director in Richmond, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Staff Physician will provide direct patient care in both family planning and abortion services to 22 weeks gestation as well as act as the Abortion Services and Sedation Program Director.

Requirements

  • MD or DO in the State of Virginia, to include prescriptive authority.
  • Obstetrician/Gynecologist with preferred Complex Family Planning Fellowship training or demonstrated proficiency to 22 weeks gestation in an outpatient setting.
  • VA DEA license.
  • Current BLS certification, ACLS for procedural abortion providers.
