The therapist leads an interdisciplinary team to develop and facilitate direct social services interventions for patients in PHP/IOP programs. They conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining detailed clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Family Therapy and possess an appropriate state licensure (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW, or equivalent). Experience in a healthcare or psychiatric setting is preferred, along with relevant substance use credentials if applicable.
