Key Responsibilities

The Employment Counselor provides individualized vocational support to adults with disabilities by assisting with career exploration, job readiness, and long-term job success. They also conduct assessments, build employer relationships, and provide on-site job coaching to ensure workplace inclusion.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least two years of experience in human services or education, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 30lbs and standing for extended periods are required.
