The therapist provides continuous patient care, behavioral management, and clinical support to adolescents within an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating family and group therapy, and managing discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field and possess a valid state license such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. A minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility is required, along with proficiency in crisis intervention and clinical assessment.
