The Recovery Counselor provides direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of clients in a residential setting. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment while monitoring daily client activities and facility security.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in mental health services or completion of specific on-the-job training. A valid California driver's license is required, along with the ability to obtain First Aid and ServSafe certifications within 90 days of hire.
