Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, and mobility while developing personalized treatment plans to improve functional independence. Deliver therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy and gait training at assisted living facilities while documenting care in compliance with standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active or pending state license. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for geriatric care are required.
