Key Responsibilities

The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for adolescents and adults. They provide ongoing individual and group counseling while maintaining accurate chart documentation and coordinating care with other clinical personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline such as psychology, counseling, or social work. Additionally, applicants must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate proficiency in Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office applications.
