Job Description

Role Summary
Are you a compassionate healthcare professional dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through movement and rehabilitation? Join our dynamic physical therapy clinic, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives every day. We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who combines clinical excellence with genuine care to help our diverse patient population overcome mobility challenges and achieve their functional goals.
In this role, you will provide a blend of aquatic and land-based physical therapy services, using the unique benefits of both treatment environments to create individualized rehabilitation programs and optimize patient outcomes. With a split schedule between our therapy pool and traditional clinic setting, you'll treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys variety in their practice and is passionate about delivering evidence-based care across multiple treatment settings to help patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life.
*We are open to part-time or full-time shift preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniques
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Participate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement. Frequency may vary by market, business need, and role.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred
State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred
- Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Team-oriented approach to patient care
