Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to assess functional impairments and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. They will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and educate patients and families on strategies for maintaining functional independence.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active or pending state license. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for working with the geriatric population are required.
