Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Care Manager serves as a trusted advocate and bridge between patients and their oncology care team to provide integrated behavioral health support. Responsibilities include screening patients, facilitating interventions, monitoring treatment response, and supporting medication management within a virtual care model.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in behavioral health or oncology. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment are essential.
