Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Specialist provides direct care and support to individuals in a residential treatment setting, including facilitating groups and administering medications. They also maintain clinical documentation, perform observation checks, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or two years of education combined with two years of relevant experience. A valid Nebraska driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and Med Aide certifications are also required.
