Key Responsibilities
The Substance Abuse Counselor will develop and maintain an effective trainee employee assistance program to provide prevention awareness and support services. They will also conduct assessments, create intervention plans for students, and provide comprehensive training to staff regarding substance abuse issues.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, behavioral science, or a related field and possess a valid drug and alcohol counseling certification. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.
