Job Description

About the Role

Join EACH as a Psychologist – Integrated Mental Health, Up to $63.44/hr in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, relaxation strategies, and group programs.

Conduct comprehensive mental health and mental state assessments to inform collaborative treatment planning.

Build strong therapeutic alliances and support client-led goal setting and recovery planning.

Deliver psychoeducation, crisis response and de‑escalation, and brief interventions as required.

Requirements

Contribute to service reporting, performance monitoring, audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for You’ll bring strong clinical capability and professional judgement, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a consortium setting.

We’re looking for someone with: Significant experience providing psychological therapies and assessments within mental health settings.

Demonstrated ability to work with people experiencing moderate to increasing acuity, including complex presentations, dual diagnosis, and comorbidities.
