Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions and psychotherapy to adult and pediatric patients within a primary care setting. Collaborate with primary care providers and psychiatric consultants to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans using a collaborative care model.
Requirements
Requires an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in Tennessee such as LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in treating mental health conditions and a commitment to multidisciplinary team-based care.
