Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate individual counseling and case management services using various substance abuse treatment modalities. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop treatment plans and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Requirements
Requires a graduate degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or a related field. Must hold an active Tennessee LCSW or LPC/MHSP license or be eligible for licensure within 24 months.
