Key Responsibilities

• Review and process prescriptions for LMH Health Patients, Employees, Medical Staff and their dependents.

• Vaccinate patients under collaborative practice agreement.

• Educate patients about appropriate medication use.

• Facilitate transitions of care through the Meds to Beds Program.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, Kansas Pharmacist License.
