Key Responsibilities
- Review and process prescriptions for LMH Health Patients, Employees, Medical Staff and their dependents.
- Vaccinate patients under collaborative practice agreement.
- Educate patients about appropriate medication use.
- Facilitate transitions of care through the Meds to Beds Program.
Requirements
- Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, Kansas Pharmacist License.
