Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced, patient-centered care by conducting hospice face-to-face encounters, symptom management, and complex medical decision-making. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians to coordinate care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher and possess a current Nurse Practitioner license and national certification. At least two years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or related clinical fields is preferred.
