Key Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with existing team.
- Assist the physician in clinic and operating room settings.
- Assess patient health status including state of wellness and compliance with care plan and determines appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Utilize practice technology including, but not limited to, electronic health records, dictation, and outcomes tools to their full capability to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
- Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse by AANC, AANP, or ONCB; or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by NCCPA.
- Licensed as appropriate in the state of Illinois.
