Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver performance nutrition content for Human Performance (HP) syllabi and related courseware; participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure curriculum relevance and integration.
- Assist with curriculum development or re-design based on expert assessment of community served as requested.
- In partnership with HP staff, assess dietary habits and nutritional environments using validated tools and research to inform program delivery and adjustments.
