Helio Health, one of Central NY’s premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Counselor Aide. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions.

The Counselor Aide assists with clinical tasks including intake, screening, crisis response, and patient education. They also participate in administrative committees and maintain accurate patient records.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid NYS Driver's License. Previous experience in customer service or human services is preferred.
