The clinician will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients in an inpatient setting. They will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and manage a caseload while ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and be eligible for state licensure. Two or more years of experience working with the patient population is preferred, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
