The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct personal care and supervision to patients in an inpatient setting to ensure a safe and supportive environment. They are responsible for conducting safety checks, documenting clinical information, and facilitating rehabilitative group activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Six months of experience with the relevant population is preferred, along with certifications in CPR, de-escalation, and restraint techniques.
