The physical therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients in their homes to improve functional independence. They are responsible for documenting clinical notes, educating caregivers, and collaborating with physicians on patient care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current, valid license from the NYS Department of Education. At least one year of post-licensing experience is required for this position.
