Pain Management Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Full-Time

Monadnock Orthopedic Associates, a trusted practice with over 25 years of service, is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop multi-modality treatment plans.
• Manage medications and provide ongoing patient follow-up.
• Utilize EMR systems effectively and maintain strong clinical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with experienced physicians in a combined PM&R / Orthopedic department.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active New Hampshire ARNP or PA license and current DEA number (required prior to start).
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred (new grads considered).
• Experience in Pain Management or related specialty is a plus.
• Must be insurable under MCH professional liability coverage.
