Part-Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. They are responsible for maintaining a hybrid schedule that balances in-office patient care with telehealth services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a full, active license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Indiana. Applicants must be available for in-person work at the Mishawaka branch and able to attend new hire training.
