The Lead Triage Hotline Nurse provides telehealth triage services, assesses patient needs, and evaluates symptoms while managing staffing schedules and assignments. They also collaborate with the Medical Director and other staff to develop individual plans of care and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license in Texas, with at least 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years in management. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with current BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
