PHONE TRIAGE RN- AFTER HOURS NURSE TRIAGE

Key Responsibilities

The Triage RN is responsible for assessing patient needs via incoming calls to the after-hours answering service and providing clinical guidance based on established protocols. They must document all patient encounters accurately within the Epic electronic medical record system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Wisconsin or NLC multi-state Registered Nurse license and possess at least five years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care. A minimum of two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
