The Tele-Triage RN monitors assigned phone lines to provide symptom-based triage and clinical recommendations according to established protocols. They also develop care plans, coordinate services with acute care settings, and maintain accurate documentation for patient encounters.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in a compact state and possess at least two years of home health nursing experience. Proficiency in remote triage and clinical support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
