Key Responsibilities
The SLPA implements communication strategies and IEP goals for students under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist. Key duties include tracking student progress, utilizing ABA strategies, and coaching classroom staff on language therapy goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Certified SLPA in Arizona with at least an Associate's degree in Speech Pathology and a valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card. Experience in a school setting and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are preferred.
