Key Responsibilities

The SLPA implements speech and language goals identified in student IEPs under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist. Responsibilities include delivering services via a classroom integration model, tracking student progress, and coaching classroom staff.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified SLPA in Arizona with at least an Associate's degree in Speech Pathology and a valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card. Experience in a school setting and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are preferred.
