Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and caregivers regarding safety and rehabilitation.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current, valid state license. One year of home health experience and current CPR certification are preferred.
