- Works cohesively with other team members and is a contributor to the team; actively communicating with the Director of Social Work and other Social Workers, as needed.
- Ensures care provided is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
- Holds self-accountable to helping the patient and family achieve desired results, understanding and identifying professional strengths, limitations, and challenges.
Requirements

- Strong experience in comprehensive assessment within a mental health context.
