The Registered Dietitian will assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents and develop individualized care plans within the electronic medical record. They will also provide nutrition counseling and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and hold a valid state license or certification. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to manage daily tasks and interact with facility staff and administration.
